A pleasant working environment at the office is the central theme that unifies every interior design that we produce. It sounds simple, but, as we’ve found, there are many dimensions to this simplicity. It means gathering knowledge about the client and his organisation. Finding out what he considers beautiful. Objectively assessing what he needs. Making his new office really function as it should. And then adding extra dimensions. Dimensions that inspire, that surprise, that connect and that invite people to excel.
Our work focuses on making an office perform at its best. The office environment has gone through a metamorphosis over the last 15 years. An introvert, passive working environment no longer suits the needs of today’s office workers or their vision of society. Instead, they need a dynamic halfway-house – a place where communication inspires them and co-operation takes centre stage.
You can create an environment like that only if you realise that every client has his own story, and deserves his own design. We examine the specific work processes and the culture of his organisation in depth. We know how to integrate social developments into a concept. Developments like the New Way of Working, sustainability and ergonomics. A good design is intrinsically beautiful but designing goes a lot further than making beautiful things. It also has to work – in terms of practicality, culture and atmosphere.
