At the head offices of De Telefoongids (Yellow Pages), the imaginary ‘threshold’ to talk to each other has been removed. A more general design and layout has been chosen, in which there is no hierarchic distinction. This method of working is in keeping with the ‘no nonsense’ culture, according to De Telefoongids.
