In our projects we are always searching for the click with our client. Working together on design issues and understanding the client and its ambition. To review this ambition on technical feasibility, within the financial borders and time schedule. Above all avoiding any surprises in this area, but going surprisingly far in the pursuit of perfection. Gradually forms a story about identity, emotion, perception, the soul of the project.

Project Management

Creating your accommodation as it was intended, that is our specialty.  In other words, having a good insight in your strategic considerations, understanding your objectives regarding the new accommodation and effectively managing the implementation.

Our project managers are experienced in steering for details and quality. We minimize risks and we make sure the works are being performed compliant with laws and legislation, financial targets and the agreed time schedule. Based on your quality terms we make a pre-selection of  reliable, professional suppliers. A quite strong role as a director, who is preparing in detail any decision that you have to make. It is after all your accommodation.

Also in project management independence and transparency are key conditions. We set up the project budget in detail, and agree on it with you. Since we only invoice the hours worked, we don’t have any interest in the total volume of the budget. However, we do negotiate the price in your best interest and obtain discounts for the benefit of your budget: transparent and controllable.


Management on site

With the design well detailed, the purchasing done professionally and the time schedule correctly matched, it is time for implementing the fit out.  During the implementation our focus for detail is sharper than ever. Our site managers accurately plan, steer, control and correct the fit out process. They don’t leave until the very last points have been resolved. Simply striving for the best results.

Turnkey design in new building

You have rented space in newly constructed premises. It will take a while to be completed, but it is worth the wait. In order to save time, you have agreed with the developer that he will take responsibility for your office interior, to be completed at the same time as the building. That’s a good option, because it saves you times, and also the double rental costs you would otherwise pay while constructing your interior. Moreover, you do not need to remove anything already installed by the developer but surplus to your requirements.

However, such an agreement has considerable pitfalls. If you do not determine what price/quality level you require beforehand, you will almost certainly be disappointed. It is sensible to include a number of matters in the rental agreement, in order not to have disputes at a later date.
